Our Screening Process
Throughout the interview process, candidates need to be professionally dressed, with a good internet connection. If that isn’t possible, please let us know so we can inform the Hiring Manager. If you cannot use Zoom for the first interview, let us know and we can set up a phone call for the first round, with a chance at progressing onwards.
First Appointment
The first half will be with the Managing Director, Hiring Manager as a group setting via Zoom (working similarly to a webinar so nothing to worry about!). He will explain to you in more detail about the company, current roles and goals of the company and, if you were to be successful, how you will fit into all of that!
The second half, Hiring Manager will explore on a one to one basis, any questions that are tailored to your personal situation and prepare you for the next steps ahead, if successful.

Second Appointment
This interview will be held with one of our Corporate Trainers, again via Zoom on a one to one basis. It is an opportunity for you to ask our Trainers what their experience is like working at AMP Branding; having an understanding about their story and why they joined our company. We have created a presentation to thoroughly explain a few things.

- The culture of the team
- Pay/hours
- More importantly, if you were to be successful, how you can fit into all of that!
Up to 45 mins — the Corporate Trainers clear their schedules, especially if you have any additional questions.
Final Appointment
The final interview will be held over Zoom with Hiring Manager, to evaluate the interview process overall (how you found it), your company knowledge and ultimately making a decision if you have been successful or not.
